Very poor Service. Very Expensive Game...

Poor service, GMs dont listen or help when they make mistakes basically they say "our terms dont let us help you" Their terms only protect them and not their customer. How real are these reviews ? It seems most ppl give these games five stars or so when they dont deserve it, its like their scared to be honest.. I mean how many ppl like the outrageous pricing with these games ?
Its very difficult to give these ppl a good review when we pay real life money for items and due to a server merge lose some of those items and then they say "we cant play favourites with you otherwise everyone would ask for stuff to be returned" Any other game that has made mistakes like this they have always corrected them terms or no terms.
Sadly I tell the truth I wish others would do the same. We all need to stop companies like this from ripping us off... Yes some of the games are ok but never are they worth the money they charge... This game charges $139.99cad for 1500 gems it seems like there getting worse not better.. Most games give you 3000 gems for that price.. Very dissatisfied customer.. Stand up for whats right... Thx
